Family Links works to improve emotional well-being and parent/child relationships through its Nurturing Programme. The programme provides simple, effective tools to help adults and children understand and manage feelings and behaviour. It is also an effective vehicle for change in vulnerable families.

About Family Links
Family Links runs the Nurturing Programme, a parenting programme
that works to improve parents' confidence and skills, encouraging
the use of effective positive discipline while understanding their
own and their children's emotional needs.
The programme helps adults and children to:
Background to the investment
Impetus is investing in Family Links initially for 12 - 18 months
with a view to making a longer-term investment at the end of the
planning process.
The charity is expected to receive up to £400k in strategic
funding during the total length of the Impetus investment, and at
least the equivalent of that amount in pro bono expertise,
management support and additional funds raised.
The objective of the investment is to support the development of a
three-year business plan for the organisation.
