Impetus has invested in Kainos as part of the Impetus for
Reducing Reoffending Initiative.
Kainos is strongly embedded within the structure of the prisons
in which it operates and has an increasing level of data to
demonstrate the rehabilitative impact of the programme in addition
to the longer term impact on reoffending rates.
The impetus for our involvement is that Kainos has developed a
well-defined and distinctive model which is scalable and measurable
and which produces short and long-term economic and social
benefits. Kainos has ambitious growth plans and approached
Impetus as an engaged funder, which can support its scale-up
plan.
