Conflict is an inevitable reality in our society and the challenge is to resolve it in a non-violent way. Leap builds the skills of young people to prevent violence and better manage conflict in their lives, schools and communities. Programmes include work with gangs, peer mediation, restorative approaches in schools, reducing knife crime and training for adults.
