The Impetus venture philanthropy model is well-aligned with the approach of company giving. We only invest in organisations that are proven to be effective, we build the capacity of our charities and social enterprises to ensure their long-term impact, and we regularly report on the progress of our portfolio organisations.
We provide support to a range of innovative charities and social enterprises that increase the skills, education and employability of the poorest 20% of the population.
If you have a particular charitiable focus, we also offer a "managed fund" approach. Currently we have three such funds: the Reducing Reoffending Initiative, the Youth and Social Opportunity Initiative and the Early Years Initiative.

A number of companies currently support our work, such as OC&C Strategy Consultants, ISIS Equity Partners, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, CVC Capital Partners and and Warburg Pincus. Read the full list of our corporate supporters.
