Our model of corporate partnerships enables companies to maximise
their impact as rather than just volunteering the time of
employees, our corporate partners contribute the specific skills of
their employees.
Alongside this, corporate partners often comment on the increased staff retention, motivation and recruitment that can result from their staff volunteering for an Impetus charity. One of our corporate partners reported that Impetus projects are "highly sought after", and seen as a reward.
Some companies also find that Impetus projects enable them to trial promising junior staff by giving them more responsibility than they would normally have.
