Our model of corporate partnership enables companies to
maximise their impact. Our corporate partners contribute the
specific skills of their employees rather than more generally
volunteering their time.
Corporate partners have commented on the increased staff retention, motivation and recruitment that can result from their staff volunteering for an Impetus charity. One of our corporate partners reported that Impetus projects are "highly sought after", and seen as a reward.
Partners have also used Impetus projects to trial promising staff by giving them an increased level of responsibility, under supervision of a more experienced colleague.
