The issues of gangs, bullying and racial conflict are the focus of much media attention. Leap had a very good model of training young people who could reach out and help others in need. Conflict is an inevitable reality in our society and the challenge is to resolve it in a non-violent way. Leap equips young people with the skills and techniques needed to manage and resolve conflict positively. Impetus entered into a partnership with Leap to grow its reach, impact, capacity and profile and become more sustainable.
