Co-investment

We are inspired by the impact Impetus has through its thoughtful selection and support of its chosen charities. We are delighted to amplify its efforts through our own support, both with funding and hands-on work directly with the young people it aims to help.

- Simon Turner, Managing Partner at Inflexion

Every charity in our portfolio has undergone extensive due diligence and has a laser focus on helping young people achieve at school, at university or at work, giving them a fair chance to succeed in life.

We manage co-investment partnerships by working closely with you and with your chosen charities, providing detailed reporting, opportunities to engage directly with their work, and the confidence that you are backing the best.

Our co-investment partners

Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R)

Through our partnership with CD&R we are able to provide unrestricted funding to all our partner charities and as part of our co-investment model help to direct funding and pro bono support to City Gateway, Resurgo and ThinkForward. This is in line with their philanthropic aims to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access to job training, high-quality jobs, and ongoing professional development.

Inflexion

We have a longstanding partnership with Inflexion, which provides unrestricted funding to our portfolio charities. They also provide co-investment to three of our charity partners - The Access Project, City Gateway and West London Zone. Inflexion also provides hands on support to young people by providing through pro bono volunteering opportunities with our portfolio charities.
