By partnering with local organisations, AllChild ensures these young individuals can thrive into adulthood, reducing risks such as exclusion and gang involvement.

IntoUniversity

IntoUniversity runs centres supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access higher education. Since 2007, Impetus has helped them secure new funding and build strategic capabilities, scaling into a national network of 39 centres, serving over 45,000 young people annually.

Resurgo

Resurgo graduated from our portfolio in 2024. Their award-winning Spear Programme helps 16-24-year-olds facing employment barriers get into work or training. Impetus has supported its growth from a small West London project to a national programme, empowering young people across the UK with essential skills and confidence.

ThinkForward

ThinkForward graduated from our portfolio in 2024. They support young people who face challenges on their paths to employment and provides them with a dedicated, long-term coach. Impetus has helped ThinkForward grow from a small pilot to running programmes in schools and colleges across London, the Midlands, and Kent.

The Access Project

They work with high-potential students from under-resourced backgrounds to help them get into top universities. They place dedicated mentors into schools to help students navigate and overcome barriers to education, as well as support including university trips, tuition and skills coaching.
